This unique event is designed to bring women together from across the curling community for a day of inspiration, learning, connection, and personal growth. Through engaging speakers, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences, participants will explore topics including mental wellness, leadership, resilience, confidence, and overall wellbeing—both on and off the ice.

Jocelyn Peterman is will be our feature keynote speaker, along with an array of guest appearances by other professional women curlers throughout the day. The day will consist of learning on ice activities, as well as off ice sessions, that will be sure to inspire you to be stronger both on and off the ice!
