Tuesday Learn to Curl ( January 23 - March 5)

January 23 - March 5 (6 weeks) -- $135.00 / person

These Learn 2 Curl packages are designed to introduce new curlers to the game of curling through weekly instruction, and mini games. Designed for those wanting to have fun, meet new people, and learn the etiquette, techniques, and basic strategies of this great game we call Curling.

We take an adaptive approach to teaching, based on individuals physical abilities, everyone who wants curl will have the chance to curl. No need to buy expensive equipment, just ear layered clothing, and bring a clean pair of grippe shoes (not worn outside) and RDCC will provide the rest. (It is recommended you wear helmet if you are a first time curler, helmets are NOT supplied). Our goal is to equip you with the technical skills, and the contacts needed to assemble a team for any RDCC league you may wish to join. For your convenience we have paralleled the Learn 2 Curl programs on Sunday and Thursday with pre-existing Fun Leagues. These two leagues break their curling year into two half seasons Oct-Dec and Jan-Mar, and welcome new teams in October and January. If you’re not quite ready to join a league, you are welcome repeat the Learn 2 Curl program as often as use wish.
